- Selected amongst incoming MEng cohort to coordinate events and lead career outreach opportunities

- Set up industry visits, professional speakers, and mixers on behalf of affinity group

- Maintain network of MEng students interested in robotics opportunities

- Working with NOVA to plan more involved future events for MEng students to get involved in important conversations about the future of robotics and automation

- Performed market research, customer discovery, and business plan & IP analysis to commercialize real research breakthrough from Berkeley Lab

- Worked on small interdisciplinary student team with engineering, business, and law students

- Generated many potential commercialization pathways, rigorously testing the feasibility of each and narrowing down to a single application

- Interviewed experts and industry leaders to gauge commercial viability of research applications

- Presented progress and findings numerous times to investors, policy makers, alumni, and tech executives

- Performed 48-hour ideate-validate-pitch sprint in Berkeley Haas School of Business’ Impact Startup Disco course over a single weekend

- Worked with team of MBA students to create commercialization strategy for reFresh, a restaurant-to-nonprofit food waste reduction platform

- Performed market research and compiled boots-on-the-ground interviews of restaurant managers and charity workers

- Generated and presented mockup of technology platform from a user point of view
